When Communication Isn’t the Key

They say communication is key.

But that’s only half the truth.

Take work, for example. You can give the clearest, most carefully worded instruction, delivered with just the right tone. But that doesn’t guarantee they’ll follow through.

You can be acknowledged, but not met.

That’s the root of heartbreak, frustration, burnout:

When your voice is heard, but never truly answered.

Even the perfect words can’t override someone’s refusal or incapacity to meet you.

Execution is the other half. The one no one talks about.

And it’s not in your control.

Communication is the key.

But what if it’s deadbolt from the inside?

Sometimes, not being met is the answer.
